Information on the processing of personal data

Dott. Mag. Hana Petrova, LL.M., Czech Bar registration No.: 50291, as an attorney-at-law, and BSc. Marek Spívala, professional registration No.: 07402180, as an accounting advisor, are obliged persons within the meaning of Act No. 253/2008 Coll., on Certain Measures against the Legalization of Proceeds from Criminal Activity and against the Financing of Terrorism, as amended; therefore, according to this Act, they are obliged to carry out certain measures, including identification and control of the client. To this end, they are obliged to collect and store the personal data of the client and to make copies of the documents from which they have verified such data.

Processed data

All names and surnames, birth number, date of birth and sex, as well as place of birth, permanent or other residence and nationality; in the case of an entrepreneur, also its business name, distinctive supplement or other designation, registered office and identification number.

Duration of data processing

The data shall be processed for a period of 10 years from the date of the transaction outside the business relationship or from the termination of the business relationship.

Purpose of data processing

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations in the field of anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism, as well as for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations between you and our office.

Form of data processing

Your personal data is recorded on a form designed for this purpose; at the same time a copy of your personal document is made. Personal data is stored and archived in a secure environment.

Rights of the data subject

As a data subject, you have rights in relation to the processing of your personal data which arise from the law and which you can exercise at any time. These are the following rights (i) to access personal data, (ii) to rectification or completion of personal data, (iii) to erasure of personal data, (iv) to restriction of processing of personal data, (v) to data portability, (vi) to object.

Transmission of personal data

Your personal data and copies of your identity documents may be shared with cooperating attorneys, notaries, accountants and tax advisors, who are also obliged persons within the meaning of Act No. 253/2008 Coll. In the event of an inspection by supervisory authorities concerning the control of our compliance with our obligations under Act No. 253/2008 Coll., we may also provide your personal data to these authorities.
